It’s been a while since my last post. But you know how life gets busy! Between long trips and getting adjusted to homeschooling my son – I am finally back on my feet!
The reason I am writing this post today, is that we have some good and bad news related to health lately, that really shocked me. First, the good news is that heart disease related death has dropped in the past years. The bad news is that Cancer is now number One killer in 22 states in USA! Yes! It’s bad!
If you have been following me for a while, you know that I am a big fan of Eating Healthy to prevent health problems! If you want to avoid heart disease – avoid eating cholesterol rich foods like animal products! It’s that simple! But when we are talking about preventing cancer – I’d say, yes, we can prevent it by eating healthy as well but, unfortunately, it is not that simple.
When we talk about cancer there are so many other related facts / cancer causing agents – way beyond what we can control. From chemicals in our food, environmental toxins like pesticides, fertilizers, chemicals and heavy metals from Geoengineering/Chemtrails, radiation, exhaust emissions to chlorine and fluoride in tap water and so much more! We are exposed to these toxins every single day!
Being exposed to toxins and other unwanted substances on a daily basis can lead to both long- and short-term illnesses. It doesn’t matter where you are and your lifestyle! Our body stores toxins and have to cope with them on a daily basis. Our bodies are designed to deal with these problems and eliminate some toxins daily, but if we ingest or breath in more toxic substances than our body can eliminate – things can start to go wrong and our natural defense mechanisms soon start to fail.
Have you ever wondered how they affect us? Do you wake up feeling tired in morning? Do you lack energy? Do you experience poor memory? Well, these are just some of the effects that pollutants have on our bodies. The majority of us would dismiss these symptoms and carry on suffering by using stimulants such as caffeine to get through the day.
